The first grand update

Okay, I'm making a forum more user friendly, which means changing some stuff:

1. FAQ will finally receive some faq's of mine
2. The forum will become more organized and user friendly for the new users (Possible chance of changing theme)
3. Profiles are going to be edited too
4. More rules
5. Donation page will be set up, along with it, Donator rank.
6. Every forum will have it's own rules, stickied
7. Gallery will be open
8. Portal will be set up

The updates will start when I start having free time


Other than that:
1. A logo request topic is posted in Photoshop section.
2. I will start working on chat box again
